2. Responsible use

You must use our services lawfully and in accordance with the rules of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube and any other relevant platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the submitted username, link, quantity and service are accurate.

Penggunaan yang bertanggungjawab

Anda hendaklah menggunakan servis kami secara sah dan mematuhi peraturan platform berkaitan. Anda bertanggungjawab memastikan username, link, kuantiti dan servis yang dihantar adalah tepat.

3. Order requirements

• The target account or content should be public, accessible and free from restrictions.
• Do not change privacy settings, delete content, or hide relevant counts while an order is processing.
• Service start times and delivery speeds are estimates, not guarantees; many orders begin within 48 hours.
• Normal fluctuations, drops and speed changes may occur because of platform activity or algorithm updates.

Keperluan pesanan

Akaun atau kandungan mesti boleh diakses. Jangan jadikan akaun private, padam kandungan atau sembunyikan jumlah berkaitan ketika pesanan diproses. Masa mula dan kelajuan ialah anggaran.

4. Service limitations

Our services are intended to support the visible presentation of an account or content. We do not guarantee genuine engagement, conversions, a specific result, permanent retention, or uninterrupted availability.

We may adjust service type, speed or operational method when reasonably necessary to fulfil an order. Prices and available services may change without prior notice.

Had servis

Servis kami membantu penampilan akaun atau kandungan secara luaran sahaja. Kami tidak menjamin engagement sebenar, conversion, hasil tertentu, retention kekal atau ketersediaan tanpa gangguan.

5. Payments, cancellations & credits

Funds added to your account are used for OGProvider orders. After an order is submitted, it generally cannot be cancelled. Where an order is cancelled by the system or completes partially, any applicable amount may be credited to your OGProvider balance according to the order result.

Wrong links, incorrect quantities, private or deleted content, duplicate orders, customer changes during processing, or activity that breaches these terms may make an order ineligible for compensation. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

Bayaran, pembatalan & kredit

Baki digunakan untuk pesanan OGProvider dan pesanan yang telah dihantar biasanya tidak boleh dibatalkan. Kredit, jika berkenaan, dikembalikan ke baki akaun mengikut keputusan pesanan. Sila rujuk Polisi Bayaran Balik.

6. Privacy, security & liability

We process personal information to operate the website, provide services and support customers. Please review our Privacy Policy. You should never submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

OGProvider is not responsible for platform suspensions, content removal, account restrictions, indirect losses, or changes caused by third-party platforms, their policies, algorithms or outages.
