Our prices may change at any time without notice. The payment and refund policy remains in effect even if prices change.

We do not guarantee exact delivery time. All times are estimates only. We will not issue refunds for orders that are already processing if you feel it is taking too long.

We reserve the right to change the service type if needed to complete your order.

OGProvider is not liable for any account suspension, picture deletion, or actions taken by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or any other social media platform.

Our services are only to boost the appearance of your account. We do not guarantee real engagement or interactions.

💰 Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued to your original payment method. All payments are final.

Once payment is made, you can only use your balance to place orders.

Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate account termination and ban.

Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. Refunds (if any) will be credited to your OGProvider balance only.

Wrong link, private account, deleted post, or fraudulent activity will result in no refund.

Using multiple servers on the same account/link at the same time may cause inaccurate delivery and no refund will be given.

Kami tidak menjamin masa penghantaran yang tepat. Semua masa adalah anggaran sahaja. Kami tidak akan bayar balik order yang sedang diproses.

⚠️ Jangan buat akaun private atau padam post semasa order diproses

⚠️ Penafian & Liabiliti

OGProvider tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerosakan kepada anda atau perniagaan anda.

Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang drop yang disebabkan oleh kemas kini media sosial.

OGProvider tidak bertanggungjawab atas penggantungan akaun, pemadaman gambar atau sebarang tindakan oleh platform media sosial.

Servis kami hanya untuk meningkatkan penampilan akaun anda. Kami tidak menjamin engagement atau interaksi sebenar.

💰 Polisi Bayaran Balik

Tiada bayaran balik akan dibuat ke kaedah pembayaran asal. Semua bayaran adalah muktamad.

Setelah bayaran dibuat, anda hanya boleh guna baki untuk membuat pesanan.

Chargeback atau dispute akan menyebabkan akaun anda ditamatkan serta-merta.

Pesanan tidak boleh dibatalkan selepas dibuat. Bayaran balik (jika ada) hanya akan dikredit ke baki OGProvider anda.

Link salah, akaun private, post dipadam atau aktiviti penipuan = tiada bayaran balik.

Kami mengambil privasi anda dengan serius. Semua maklumat peribadi hanya digunakan untuk memproses pesanan anda. Kami tidak menjual atau berkongsi maklumat anda dengan pihak ketiga. Semua data disulitkan dan disimpan dengan selamat.
