Payments are final

Payments made to OGProvider are added to your account balance and are used to place orders. Once an order is submitted, the payment is not returned to the original payment method.

When balance is credited

If an order is cancelled by the system or completes partially, any applicable amount is credited back to your OGProvider balance according to the order result.

Not eligible for refund

• Wrong username, link, quantity, or service selected
• Private, unavailable, deleted, or restricted content
• Changes made to the account or post while processing
• Drop or delay caused by a platform update

Support review

If an order appears incorrect, contact support with the order ID and relevant details. We review the order status and service conditions before deciding the appropriate resolution.
