Digital service delivery

OGProvider provides digital services. There is no physical shipment. Delivery begins automatically after payment is confirmed and the order is accepted by the system.

Start time and speed

Start times and completion speeds vary by service, platform conditions, order volume, and provider capacity. The estimated start or completion time shown on the service is not a guaranteed deadline.

Customer requirements

• Keep the account or post public when required
• Use a correct, working username or link
• Do not delete, edit, or restrict the target during processing
• Avoid duplicate orders on the same target

Delays and partial delivery

Platform changes, maintenance, rate limits, or provider issues may delay or limit delivery. If an order is cancelled or partial, the system applies the relevant order resolution and balance credit.
