• Sila SCREENSHOT gambar (Profile, Analytic) sebelum dan selepas untuk memudahkan Urusan Refill / Refund.

• Jangan order untuk Account / Link yang sama jika order anda masih belum COMPLETED. DOUBLE ORDER akan menyebabkan salah satu order STUCK & order anda akan dikira BURNED dalam status "COMPLETED". Serta, jumlah yang anda terima tidak akan tepat mengikut apa yang anda order.

• Pastikan Account / Link di setkan ke PUBLIC. Jika sistem dapati Account / Link tersebut dalam mode Private, order anda akan STUCK & order anda akan dikira BURNED dalam status "COMPLETED".

• Sebarang CANCELLATION order adalah tidak diterima. Kami tidak boleh CANCEL order sama sekali, sistem 100% AUTOMATIK.

• Untuk "SPEED UP REQUEST" hanya boleh dibuat jika Order STUCK (Pending, Processing, In Progress) melebihi 48 JAM SAHAJA. Bawah 48 jam adalah NORMAL.

• Service dengan Nama SLOW, PROMO, MALAYSIA, INDONESIA, YOUTUBE, REVIEW, etc. tidak boleh "SPEED UP REQUEST".

• For "SPEED UP REQUEST" can only be made if the Order STUCK (Pending, Processing, In Progress) exceeds 48 HOURS ONLY. Under 48 hours is NORMAL.

• Service with the name SLOW, PROMO, MALAYSIA, INDONESIA, YOUTUBE, REVIEW, etc. cannot "SPEED UP REQUEST".
